  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and the chicken breasts. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Sprinkle the cooked turkey bacon over the chicken and pour chicken broth in the dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
