A delicious twist on traditional comfort food featuring juicy chicken covered in a creamy cheese sauce.

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over chicken, then pour diced tomatoes on top.
  5. Cover with cheese and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
