Million Dollar Spaghetti Squash Pasta

A delicious and healthy recipe that combines roasted spaghetti squash with turkey bacon for a satisfying meal.

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  5. In a large bowl, scrape the flesh of the spaghetti squash with a fork to create strands.
  6. Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cooked turkey bacon, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture back into the squash halves, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
