My Go-To Grilled Chicken Marinade for Perfectly Tender Chicken

A delicious marinade to ensure your grilled chicken is juicy and tender every time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, oregano, salt, black pepper, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
