  • 1 cup cookie butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together cookie butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Slice and serve, garnishing with additional cookie butter if desired.
