  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté kielbasa until browned.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
