- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the egg noodles and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Slice the chicken and serve it over the buttered noodles.
