One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the egg noodles and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve it over the buttered noodles.
