- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
