  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onions, bell peppers, eggs, provolone cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape the mixture into a loaf.
