  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, peas, and seasonings to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with cooked turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the rice is cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
