  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tortilla wrap

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pumpkin puree, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once chilled, remove from plastic wrap and roll in chopped pecans until fully coated.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with tortilla wraps.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper.
