- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tortilla wrap
