  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Remove from the refrigerator, place on a serving platter, and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.

Notes

  • This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
