  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes, then cool them in ice water.
  2. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, smoked paprika, bacon, chives, and pumpkin puree to the yolks.
  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with additional smoked paprika and chives if desired.
