  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
