  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch rounds.
  3. In a bowl, toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
