  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
  6. Add heavy cream, butter, and chopped herbs to the potatoes and mash until smooth.
