  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
  3. Spread chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In another bowl, mix carrots, cabbage, ranch dressing, and parsley to prepare the slaw.
  5. Warm the pitas in the oven for a few minutes.
