- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup onion, diced
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ½ cup carrots, diced
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until tender.
- Add shrimp and lobster; cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in flour, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
- Pour mixture into a pie dish and top with frozen peas.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions and drop spoonfuls on top of the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
