- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix together the spices, garlic, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
