  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sourdough discard, melted butter, salt, and flour. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
  6. Roll the pieces into balls and dip them in garlic butter.
  7. Stack the balls in a greased pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
