  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package taco shells
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Place filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add jalapeños to the filling.
