- 2 packets instant ramen noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, grilled and sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger

- In a pot, bring beef broth to a simmer.
- Add gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir well.
- In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the broth is seasoned, stir in heavy cream and let it heat through.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the broth mixture.
- Top with grilled beef and green onions before serving.
Notes
