Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 packets instant ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, grilled and sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring beef broth to a simmer.
  2. Add gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir well.
  3. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Once the broth is seasoned, stir in heavy cream and let it heat through.
  5. Drain the noodles and add them to the broth mixture.
  6. Top with grilled beef and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more gochujang.
  • Use any leftover grilled beef for a quick meal.
