- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups strawberries, pureed
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
