Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then stir in lemonade concentrate and lemon zest.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let cool, then drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
