Super Yummy Cottage Cheese Chicken Parm Bowl

A delicious and easy-to-make chicken parm bowl featuring creamy cottage cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  5. Spoon cottage cheese over the chicken and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
