- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
