- 2 cups lentils
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pot, cook the lentils until tender.
- In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
