  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 6 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and enchilada sauce.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the bottom with corn tortillas.
  4. Spread half the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
  5. Add another layer of tortillas and remaining chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
