  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Combine the beef mixture with the pasta and cheese mixture, then transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
